Cape Kids!

You didn't think we forgot about you!! 

Cape Kids proudly supported by Perth Children's Hospital Foundation is back again! Your chance to show your friends, family and the mountain biking community, just how good you are on the trails!

The Cape to Cape MTB team has created a short and sharp loop course for you to rip through on Wednesday after school, right before the Open push through in a Cape to Cape MTB Relay Prologue!

Registrations are opening soon, so get the squad together, and show us what Mountain Biking in the South West has to offer.

Cape Kids has two categories who will start at different times:

• 6-12 years
• 13-17 years

There are a few rules though. 

• All riders must be registered via Race Roster and collect their number plate from the kids collection pre ride. 
• Riders must be able to ride their bikes without training wheels or assistance (unless previously discussed with us!) and should be capable of navigating a small track.
• Helmets are mandatory on the trail; they must fit properly and will be inspected by organisers before riders set off.
• Parents are not allowed to ride with their kids. No big kids, no matter how young you feel!
• We will have staff, course crew and even some elite riders,  riding amongst the kids to make sure everyone is being safe and having fun!
