Riders will be allocated into one of the following categories.  Please note that male and female groups will be separated for each category.

Open
This category is open to anyone who is 15 to 39 years of age as of October 25, 2012. If you are under the age of 18, please refer to the conditions outlined below.

Masters
This category is open to anyone who is 40 years or older as of October 25, 2012.

Elite
This category is open to experienced and professional MTB riders. The elite riders will head the field for each stage and will be given priority at the start line. If you are a sponsored rider, please register in this category. Event management reserves the right to alter a rider’s category after reviewing each stage performance.

Participants under the age of 18
Riders under the age of 18 are welcome to register and participate, but will require a completed Registration Waiver signed by a parent or guardian and returned at least three weeks prior to the commencement of the event. You will be required to ride in the event with an approved and registered adult.
