Cape to Cape MTB welcomes Perth Children's Hospital Foundation and Dismantle as 2025 Charity Partners
Cape to Cape MTB is proud to welcome Perth Children's Hospital Foundation and Dismantle as Charity Partners for the 2025 edition of Australia's largest and most popular mountain bike stage race.
Participants can support both charities through their involvement with Cape to Cape.
Super Socks Saturday for Dismantle returns on stage with the 2025 socks manufactured by Pedal Mafia now available to purchase here.
The event is also fundraising for Perth Children's Hospital Foundation - participants and supporters can donate here.
Dismantle’s decade long involvement with the event supports young Western Australians who are at risk of long-term unemployment by providing opportunities to end cycles of poverty, trauma and disadvantage.
They provide individuals with mentoring support in our BikeRescue program, and award-rate employment with ReNew Property Maintenance.
2025 is the first year of a partnership with Perth Children's Hospital Foundation, the specialist children’s healthcare charity at Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH).
PCHF funds world-class care at PCH through the most advanced equipment and technology, ground-breaking research, expertise, and positive patient experiences.
Cape to Cape MTB Co-owner and Event Director Megan Grygorcewicz said, "Community involvement has always been an important part of Cape to Cape MTB, and we are proud to continue the events long running association with Dismantle and to welcome Perth Children's Hospital Foundation to the family.
"Both organisations do important work in the community supporting children and young people and we are delighted to be able to support their work through these partnerships."
Perth Children's Hospital Foundation CEO Carrick Robinson said, "We're incredibly proud to be partnering with Cape to Cape MTB, an iconic West Aussie race that shares the Foundation's passion for celebrating the very best of our state. As riders take on the beauty and challenge of the South West, they'll also have the opportunity to support an impactful local cause: helping WA's sick kids to get well and stay well.
"By riding and raising funds, participants will be helping PCHF to deliver world-class care though cutting-edge equipment and technology, groundbreaking research, world-leading expertise and positive patient experiences for kids at Perth Children's Hospital. We'd love to see even more riders get behind this partnership and make a real and lasting difference for WA’s sick kids."
Dismantle Chief Executive Officer Pat Ryan OAM said, "Cape to Cape has been an incredible partner to Dismantle for over a decade. Thanks to the dedication, generosity and support of the amazing Cape to Cape community, we've been able to reach hundreds of disadvantaged young people across WA."
The funds raised through this event have real, tangible impact: they help us run BikeRescue programs, employ youth through ReNew, and provide the wraparound support that changes lives. We're deeply grateful to the Cape to Cape community for riding with us year after year and making a huge impact in the lives of WA's young people doing it tough."
