Ride and Enjoy:
Beginner Plan
Welcome to your Cape to Cape: Ride & Enjoy Plan - a simple, supportive training guide to help you get to the finish line feeling good and having fun.
This plan is designed for riders who aren’t chasing a podium, but do want to enjoy the event, ride with confidence, and avoid feeling wrecked halfway through. With just 2–3 rides per week and a focus on consistency, trail time, and steady progress, you’ll be ready to take on all four days at your own pace - and actually enjoy the journey to Margaret River.
Ride your Best:
Intermediate Plan
Welcome to your structured training plan for the Cape to Cape-a race that’s as much about preparation as it is performance. This structured training plan is built for riders who want to feel strong and well-prepared across all four days of the Cape to Cape. Whether you're chasing a personal best or aiming to sit comfortably mid-pack, this plan gives you the consistency, purpose, and MTB-specific guidance to ride with confidence — and finish proud.
